Parents: we would really like to encourage you to bring your child to these sessions, as the more kids there
are present,the better the atmosphere and sense of belonging. Thank-you.

Connect.
Connect takes place in the parish rooms on the third Sunday of every month. It is a time for
all our young people( of all ages) to connect with God through prayer and worship. Sessions are lead by members
of our worship team. Times coincide with the main churches Sunday morning worship.
A great time for you to leave the children to find God Themselves whilst you walk up to the church for the Sunday morning service.

Pathfinders.
Pathfinders is aimed at young people aged 10-14. We meet in the Parish Rooms at 1030 am every Sunday.
It is a time for discussion, bible study and prayer. This group is ideal for teenagers wanting to seek
God in their lives.

Initi8
Initi8 is for our younger members of the church aged 4-7. The best way to describe this group
is 21st century Sunday school. The youngsters will be involved in arts and crafts, games, and
story time in a safe christian setting.

Rock Solid. Every Wednesday 6.30pm – 7.30pm – Parish Rooms
Rock Solid is a drop in style youth group for young people aged eleven to fourteen.
Its purpose is to encourage young people to interact with each other in an exciting and friendly environment.
There are lots of resources and facilities available such as the PS2, table tennis, dance, and on some occasions ‘Samba Band’

Chill Out Zone. Every Wednesday 2.30pm – 4.00pm, Parish rooms
A extremely popular after school club aimed at young people in school years 7,8 and 9. Activities include baking, dance, crafts, games and film time. Also available to the young people is a ‘Quiet Zone’ should they feel they need a space for reading and study.

Inspire Parent’s Group – Every Tuesday at the Butterflies Family centre, Newlands School, 12.00pm – 2.30pm
Inspire is a joint project that links ourselves with the SureStart Butterflies Family Centre. The group’s aims are to encourage young parents to socialise in a friendly and safe environment.
Past sessions have included a trip to Ikea and to the local swimming baths. We have also been visited by Connexions, Wakefield College, and the "five a day" team to share and discuss opportunities available to these young people.
