Notice Board:

A Line in the sand I think we are all keen to move on from the difficulties we have faced over the last few months and come together to continue our mission to bring the gospel to Normanton. So Dave Clark and I have spent time looking at how me might mark this. For the next two weeks at the 9.30 service and the 11.30 service on the 25th we will not have any music but will use the time to seek the Lord together and to humble ourselves before God and one another and pray so He might bless our land. We will use our usual liturgy, but will replace the time we would sing with an openness to God.

Book Fayre This Sunday night from 6.30 pm in church. Bring along friends and family to buy your Christmas presents and see what books are available, hear reviews, exchange well loved Christian books for others, have your children read stories, and all liberally mixed with a cup of coffee and a chat. Posters and invites available at the welcome desk. Nearly £2,000 worth of books. Please remember we will not be able to accept payment by card, only cash and cheque.

Leaders Meeting There will be a meeting for all the youth and children’s leaders tomorrow night at 8.00 pm in the parish rooms.
